Long-Distance Doula
The best pen pal you'll ever have! I am particularly well-suited to support women who live off-grid and women on-the-go. As a full-time traveler who spent her pregnancy, birth, and postpartum nomadically, I can fully empathize with the need for long-distance support. Maybe you even share my love language 'words of affirmation', and an open text thread would bring you more clarity and peace than an your average10-min prenatal appointment does.
$1,200 Long Distance Doula Package includes:
Timeline: Support through pregnancy, birth, and 40 days postpartum
Communication: open dialogue on Whatsapp, monthly phone calls
Research: assemble your care team, babylist registry set-up
Wellness: guided meditation recordings, custom health/fitness plan (establishing a baseline to feel good: walks, sunshine, swimming, yoga, nourishing food)
Planning: baby shower, birth plan aka preferences and visualization. Postpartum plan (meal train, breastfeeding, diapering, soothing, 40 days to heal)
