As a full-time traveler who spent her pregnancy, birth, and postpartum nomadically, I can fully empathize with the need for long-distance support. $1,200 Long Distance Doula Support includes:

Timeline: Support through pregnancy, birth, and 40 days postpartum

Communication: open dialogue on Whatsapp, monthly phone calls

Research: assemble your care team, babylist registry set-up

Wellness: guided meditation recordings, custom health/fitness plan (establishing a baseline to feel good: fresh air, sunshine, walks, swimming, nourishing food), Yoga and Breathwork for pelvic floor health

Planning: baby shower, birth plan aka preferences and visualization. Postpartum plan (meal train, breastfeeding, diapering, soothing, 40 days to heal)

Presence: 4 prenatal visits, active labor, birth, 4 postpartum visits
